About Eric

I have 20 years of experience leading teams to exceptional results. In every professional position, starting with my first full-time role in journalism, I’ve been promoted to an expanded leadership role within 16 months. That’s how I advanced from a sports writer covering youth baseball to a marketing leader who helped build one of the fastest growing enterprise software companies disrupting the hotel industry. In between, I spent eight years in B2B media, diving into a variety of industries (hotels, restaurants and non-commercial foodservice) and quickly becoming an expert and respected leader among the teams I was on and within the community of businesses and executives we served.

My secret is simple. I’m a good listener and learned early on the importance of asking the right and sometimes difficult questions. From interviewing high school football coaches and people like LeBron James, Michael Symon and Bill Marriott to developing a content strategy, launching an account-based marketing program and building a world-class marketing team and one of the most recognizable brands in hotel technology, communication has been at the core of my success.
